Remember 1993? PC users were exploring the new world of Windows 3.11, trying to justify 640k of RAM, comparing the merits of Lotus 1-2-3, Quattro Pro and Excel 5 and wondering whether to upgrade to Wordperfect 6. The more technical were setting up Novell servers on Token Ring networks and trying out the recent "World Wide Web" via 1200 baud dial-up modems using a Mosaic browser.
And in August 1993 Information Catalysts started its first projects, developing budgeting and reporting applications using PC Express.
Most of these products and names have long faded from everyday use along with others, such as Andersen, Enron, Arbor and Applix. However, despite a couple of name changes, InfoCat is still here and the InfoCat team continues to help our clients with their management information and analysis needs.
